Riverdale HS AJROTC – MAJ (Ret) Steven Falck “A colleague recommended Encore Fundraising and their product line of cheesecakes and baked goods as a way to raise money for our JROTC program. I admit that I was very skeptical at first, but after six years selling Encore’s products, I’m a believer! The product is tremendous, and Encore’s sales rep Ed Freshwater is the greatest fundraiser I’ve ever known. His fundraiser kick-offs are tremendous. Ed spends all day meeting with different classes. He hands out cheesecake samples and teaches them selling techniques to help them make more sales. Last year (2007), 135 students participated.
